At Bidaya, we aim to provide nursery and preschool administrators with a reliable and easy-to-use management system. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all subscriptions purchased through Bidaya.
2. Free Trial
We provide a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
You may use Bidaya freely during this period without being charged.
After the trial ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
3. Payments
Payments can be made through:
■ PayMob (credit/debit cards or mobile wallets), or
■ Manual payment via InstaPay, reviewed and verified by our team before activation.
Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated immediately.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
After cancellation:
■ Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
■ No additional payments will be charged unless you resubscribe.
■ Canceling a renewal does not automatically generate a refund.
5. Refund Eligibility
Bidaya subscriptions are non-refundable, except in specific technical circumstances such as:
■ Service unavailability or malfunction caused by an internal Bidaya issue that prevents usage for an extended period.
■ Duplicate payments or billing errors caused by our system or payment provider.
Refund requests based on personal preferences, feature expectations, or user dissatisfaction are not eligible for a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date for review
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
■ Refunds will be processed manually by our team.
■ Depending on your payment method, it may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
■ Refunds for payments made via InstaPay may require additional verification steps.
